It is constructed with high-grade 316L stainless steel for exceptional durability and corrosion resistance and certified leak tight up to 300 psi at 100°C, making it ideal for the Semiconductor industry.

All AFP purged diaphragm valves have purge features built directly into the valve which provides a barrier to prevent any inboard contamination and ensure sample integrity for trace analyses.
